Making a quick and effective water bong has never been so easy. Water bongs are very potent and easy to make. 		Things you will need: Two-liter plastic bottle or water bottle (as shown), scissors, electrical tape, foil, and a pen.
		Using the scissors, poke a pen-sized hole into the front of the bottle.
		The shaft of the pen will be used as the stem for your water pipe. Take apart the pen and push the shaft diagonally (down) into the hole.
		Tape around the "stem" in order to create an airtight seal.
		Cut an eraser-sized hole in the bottle in the place where your thumb will rest while you smoke. This hole will be used as the carb.
		Lastly, you'll want to make a foil screen (not shown) that will help stop the weed from being sucked into the pipe and keep the pen from melting. Now you're ready to hit it.
